This is how the folks in the Red River Valley take care of one another.  I have yet to hear the outcry of enraged Fargo’nians…."why didn’t you help?"  "where were you when we needed you?"

An unfortunate lesson the rest of the nation has yet to learn from a community that doesn’t ask for help or handouts…..
